By providing your mobile phone number and checking the optional SMS consent box on our support ticket form, you agree to receive support-related text messages from TROZLAN LLC at the number provided.
You may opt in through one or more of the following methods:
- After signing in, submitting a support ticket at trozlan.io/support with your mobile phone number entered and the optional SMS consent checkbox manually checked.
- Texting START to +1 (404) 844-5935.
The checkbox is unchecked by default, separate from Terms & Conditions acceptance, and optional. You are not required to consent to SMS messaging as a condition of purchasing any goods or services, creating an account, or submitting a support ticket.
Checkbox text: "I agree to receive support SMS updates from TROZLAN LLC at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required to submit a support ticket or use TROZLAN services."
Keyword opt-in confirmation: "TROZLAN Support: You are subscribed to support SMS updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel."
Opt-Out
Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.
